About NACAA XXII (Frankston 2006)

NACAA XXII was held in Frankston, Easter 2006, hosted by the Mornington Peninsula Astronomical Society. This was the convention at which NACAA Inc was formed as an incorporated association, splitting the running of future conventions between the Secretariat, Local Organising Committee, and Programme Committee — the structure still in use today.

Note: as the year NACAA Inc was formed, this is the boundary year for the Secretariat/LOC/Programme Committee pattern — per the instruction that these apply “for years after 2006,” this page does not have separate committee child pages. This page is a stub pending further historical research.
