Previous NACAAs
National astronomy conferences have been held in Australia since 1967. The first conference that was actually titled “NACAA” was held in 1972. The conference name was coined by John Perdrix (ASV, ASWA), and is pronounced with a hard “C” which rhymes with “backer”.

NACAA published its first printed proceedings in 1972, and continued this until 2004. These have been digitised by Peter Skilton, and can be viewed by clicking on the Proceedings links below.
