Our web site was down for several hours this afternoon (Sunday, April 6 2014). Apparently, our hosting provider’s “senior admins”, while trying to fix a simple CPanel permissions issue, managed to lock out our web site software from our database. After several hours of trying to get them to fix their mistake, I went in and restored access. The latest update to the sorry saga is here.
